Zartal’s Exchange Policy

At Zartal, your comfort and satisfaction come first. As a leading undergarment brand in Pakistan, we take extra care to ensure every ladies bra and ladies panties you order meets our quality standards.
However, if you receive a product that isn’t the right fit or style, you can exchange it within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

• All original tags and packaging are intact
• The item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
• The original receipt is included

Because of hygiene and health standards, certain intimate items cannot be exchanged. These include ladies panties, lingerie sets containing panties, bodysuits, and other similar items. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
In case of an exchange, customers are responsible for courier charges on both sides. If the desired item is unavailable, Zartal will issue a store credit coupon equal to your exchange amount (after courier and COD deductions). This coupon can be used within 3 months for any future purchase at zartal.pk.
